SMSA for cities within the Kingdom and DHL for GCC countries, and the rest of the world

Taking into account the time required to process the order, the approximate shipping time is:
-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: 2-4 days
-GCC countries and the rest of the world: 6-9 days
Please note that this is an approximate period and takes into account the official weekly holidays (Friday and Saturday) and the official holidays in the Kingdom.

Return and exchange policy:
We always strive to provide high-quality pieces, using the finest materials and sophisticated finishing techniques.
To ensure your trust, you can request a return or exchange immediately after receiving the order and delivering it within 24 hours. The customer must contact customer service via the customer service number. If no direct contact is made, the customer will not have the right to claim a return. Please note that the value of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total amount. We are happy to serve you.
Please note the following return terms and conditions:
-The products are unused and in their original condition.
-The product must be accompanied by a purchase invoice.
-Ensure safe packaging and avoid damaging the parts' accessories.
-The customer bears the return policy fee of 110 riyals.
-There are no exchange fees, the customer only bears the shipping policy fee of 30 riyals.
No returns or exchanges outside of Saudi Arabia.
The return and exchange policy applies to products that were not specially made for the customer, modified products, or products that were produced to the customer's specific measurements.
We would like to inform you that the after-sales service period extends only for two weeks (14 days) starting from the date you receive the order.
